I'm Archana — a Computer Science engineer who became a career counsellor. I worked for years as a Software Engineer at HP and as a Search Engine Evaluator at Lionbridge, so I have seen how careers really grow inside companies.

I wanted to learn why people choose what they choose, so I did a Post-Graduation in Psychology. That mix — tech skills, work experience, and an understanding of people — is what I bring to every session.

Outside work, I've learned Carnatic classical music for many years. It taught me patience, care for small details, and how to really listen — which is the most important thing a counsellor can do.
